Where These Boxes Fit
Fresh produce moves from field to packhouse to pallet to container, and the board has to survive stacking and moisture along the way.
The range covers open trays with ventilation holes for field and packhouse use, stackable trays, regular slotted cartons for standard shipping, telescopic two-piece cartons, and heavy duty bins with a pallet base for bulk movement.
Construction and Specifications
Material options are corrugated cardboard, kraft paper and fluting paper. Trays can be supplied with a clear PET lid for retail visibility or a corrugated lid for protection.
Waxed and water-resistant coatings are available for produce that is cooled, misted or moved through humid conditions. Ventilation holes and hand holes are positioned to suit the pack and the stacking pattern.
Ordering Guidance
To specify a box we need the produce type, the packed weight, the stacking height and whether the box will be palletised. Those four inputs determine board grade, flute direction and ventilation layout.
MOQ starts at 5,000 pieces and lead time is typically around 25 days after sample approval. Printing can be supplied in CMYK or Pantone.
